How We Eliminate the Mold’s Source

1. Finding the mold is the first step in our mold remediation process. To check for mold, we will enter the attic or crawlspace’s concealed spaces, including those behind walls, inside drywall and insulation, even beneath floorboards.

2. Check to see if the area is dry. The area must then be dried out using dehumidifiers and superior fan systems to remove all moisture and humidity. We will also remove any standing water if there is any.

3. Professional Cleaners. After thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the area, we apply a fungicide product to the remaining items and materials in your attic or crawl space. After removing airborne spores, we’ll use a specialist mold remover to treat the remaining areas.

4. Discard moldy debris. We will properly dispose of any drywall, insulation, or other materials that cannot be cleaned while donning the appropriate safety gear. This also guarantees the security of your family.

5. Seal off the area. Mold spores are airborne and can travel. To stop the spread of mold in other areas, we use plastic sheets and tape to seal the vents and other entrances to your home before we start the work.

6. Add ventilation properly. We’ll check for air leaks and make sure the roof vents aren’t blocked. Additionally, the attic will require proper air gap sealing and baffling. We ensure that everything is ventilated properly. We can also install fresh insulation to stop further air leakage.
